Olu is an accomplished petroleum engineer with over 26 years of experience in reservoir, production, and completion engineering, specializing in the development of unconventional shale gas, tight gas, and tight oil across major U.S. basins. He is recognized for strong analytical problem‑solving, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and delivering high‑value technical and economic insights under pressure. With extensive experience in multicultural teams, he brings clear communication, organizational discipline, and a results‑driven mindset. Olu has held leadership roles with TotalEnergies, ConocoPhillips, and Halliburton, and has authored multiple SPE papers. He holds degrees in chemical and petroleum engineering.
